"I reached there after visiting lot of tiles showroom. This is one of the best kajaria showroom and staff behaviour is commendable. Special mention of shalu madam and amit indori. I had a few tiles short due to incorrect measurement of my contractor but amit took all the pain in getting the same arranged and got it delivered. Thank you amit ji my work would have gotten delayed but u saved the day. Amit also suggested me the combination and they looked great. Awesome experience plus they have a good range. Highly recommended."

"Sweet talker. Promises a lot initially but does not take back any tiles bought extra. I had to pay for half the breakage tiles though delivery to my site was his responsibility. Poor experience."

"If you want to buy Kajaria tiles, try any other place but this. I purchased 8 packet of tiles and 4 of them had half the tiles broken. 1 or 2 tiles broken is understandable, but having half the tiles broken is completely unacceptable. When i went to them for exchange, store manager said that broken tiles is technically my fault since i had the tiles transported myself in my car and had opened the packets improperly. Despite much protest they agreed only to exchange 2 packets saying i would have to bear the loss, as this is how business happens!"

"I want to inform all of you that Kohler is not a good product in terms of usage and service. We've had purchased WC of Kohler 3 months back and we are face issye from 1st day as it was installed it started giving us issues like sensor problems, water logging issues etc. The major issues which we are facing is that the service from Kohler is very bad even after many reminders services were not given timley. AND MAINTENCANCE IS ALSO ZERO FROM KOHLER WORST SERVICE EVER FROM SERVICE CENTRE AND BJ INTERIO MALL LLP"
